► Biografía de Craig David

Craig David nació en Southampton (Inglaterra) en 1982. Desde su más tierna infancia, la música se convirtió en su gran pasión, componiendo letras para sus canciones, que finalmente las grababa en un magnetófono casero. En su adolescencia, Craig comenzó a trabajar como DJ en la PCRS 106.5FM, una emisora local, lo que hizo que muchos locales musicales de la zona se interesaran por su música, ya que Craig comenzó a grabar sus propias canciones directamente en la radio, para ponerlas en sus reproductores ya que su primer disco todavía no se había editado. Aunque sus idolos son Terence Trent D'Arby, Sisqo y Donnell Jones, artistas por los que siente auténtica adoración y son un gran referente de su música, a Craig trabajar en la emisora le amplió sus gustos musicales, y de paso su discoteca, escuchando garage, heavy, reggae,... y todo lo que caía en sus manos.
